Screening Applicants
Landmark Property Management secures quality tenants who will pay their rent on time, take care of the property, and adhere to the terms of their lease agreement. This is accomplished by a thorough screening and interview process involving a credit report on all adults, job and income verification, criminal history, eviction reports and landlord references.

Advertising
Advertising is published daily in The Union, property listings and photos are regularly updated on this website, and flyers and handouts are made available for prospective tenants.

  • Website Advertising: Include your rental on our website without using our placement or full management services for $25 a week. Contact us for more details.
  • Vacation Rentals: $250 per year charge for advertising only. We do not offer any management services for vacation rentals.
  • Commercial Leases: Advertising is $25 per week for full management, placement or advertising only.

Management Options
We offer two management options:

FULL MANAGEMENT

Involves showing the property, screening prospective tenants, drawing up rental/lease agreements using the latest California Association of Realtor forms and a comprehensive addendum, collecting rents, coordinating repairs, making deposits, paying bills and issuing a monthly statement. 

The move-in and move-out inspection is recorded with digital photographs, bound and signed by the new tenants and kept on file.

Pricing: (no up front fees)
Advertising $25.00 per week.
One half the first full months rent due upon placement of tenant.
8% of one months rent per month thereafter.


PLACEMENT

Involves the same rigorous process as full management in securing a tenant and drawing up the paperwork. After we have placed a tenant in your property, collected the security deposit and first months rent, all paperwork and information is given to the homeowner and the homeowner manages things from there. 

The move-in inspection can be documented in digital photographs, signed by the new tenants and distributed to the homeowner for a $75.00 fee.

Pricing: (no up front fees)
Advertising $25.00 per week.
One half the first full months rent due upon placement of tenant.
